What is the price for a hamburger?
March 2018 - first time to try this place based in the friend's recommendation. I was pretty disappointed by the overall experience. The cashier was a bit gruff, the teriyaki chicken, while plenty, was tough/dry and not really that tasty ( maybe because I came close to closing time?). The macaroni smelled funny. The spam musubi was a thick brick of rice. I wasn't too impressed with the environment either. I won't come here again.
MoreLove it .just customers service needs to be improved
(9) grillmen, (4) cashiers, (5) baggers. Total of (3) on their phones.Tip jars everywhere.zero napkins, zero utensils.Meat old, cold, tough and burnt.Enough said.....Update: Response from restaurant was typical and pandering to the “new normal “ but does NOT address the issue. FULL STAFF, 9 people, 3 on phone, and food cold??? Maybe get the employees off the phone? One on napkins, one on utensils, one making sure what you eat is not cold and old? Response to reviews with standard “yeah yeah” is unprofessional at best.
MoreMake sure you ask for forks n straws or you'll get to where your going and haft to eat a chicken bowl with my hands and drink without a straw
MoreI heard this place is kind of related to Spike's Teriyaki Bowl in San Gabriel. If so, B-Mans has managed to recreate it and make it even better. Like everyone says here, the prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. One thing I will add is they really douse your teriyaki bowls/plates with teriyaki sauce, so ask for the sauce on the side if you want to control the floodgates. That hot sauce is something else too. I think it's derived from crack, and it goes great with the teriyaki sauce.
MoreThe killer b and the ABC burger!!! Teri fries and Curry is good too!! You'll leave will a happy face and full stomach!!!
Morebee-mans rocks !! best veggie burger, best mahi mahi and the best fries
ABC burger. Yummy!
Always a great place for a meal. I have been getting the low carb chicken bowl with light sauce. They do have healthy options! Enjoy!
MoreGood local spot for Teriyaki dishes. We like the burgers here too. Love that they carry crinkle fries as not many places do. They even ask if you like the fries crispy or soft. I prefer crispy! Some good variety here and I need to try more of what's offered. Plenty of parking available.
MoreLove the chicken katsu curry bowl; and I always enjoy their seasonal specials.
Great food just ordered through delivery and it was an amazing fusion of American and Japanese food !
MoreLove Teryaki, ever since l was competing in bodybuilding l found Spike's in San Gabriel, he used to cater to us bodybuilders. Well one day by chance l found this place, this guy is the son of the owner of Spikes, which unfortunately no lonher exist, how ever B-Man's has the same exact taste down to the coleslaw. I highly recommend this place.
MoreIt's still a great place for fast teriyaki food. Maybe I make the trip cuz it reminds me of the old Spikes in San Gabriel.
MoreIt has great mahi mahi sandwiches grilled and the vegetarian burgers with Swiss cheese yummy.shaved ice expensive and messy the container doesn't fit the product
MoreEveryone likes B mans! Abc burger with both cheeses & a sausage misubi.
I love my #10 mini beef bowl... I keep going back for more and more each time.
Its not to bad just cool.
Good and reasonably priced food.
Best Chicken Teriyaki Bowls around town! Great Menu, always satisfying.
I love B-mans food. Its fast and delicious
The chicken meat is dry and taste burn and bitter..
First time at B-Man's and WOWIE this teriyaki is incredible! I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with avocado and I will definitely be coming back for more!
MoreThe restaurant is dated and could use an upgrade. The food is always good though!Staff needs to be trained better though.
MoreYes sir! Came from the bloodlines of spikes on san Gabriel and valley Blvd! B-Mans is the better version for sure! Always be my go to spot for teriyaki in Pasadena or 626 area! Good service and prices. Been coming here for years before my son was born. Now he’s twelve and it’s his go to fave spot! Like father like son or spikes to bmans!
MoreI had nothing but good things to say about this place the food is amazing and all. Until I met the owner!! he is very rude and has a nasty attitude. one thing that can stop people from going to places is the customer service and he has none. He tried to belittle his employees and also his customers that is not acceptable.
MoreBest teriyaki chicken spot since Spike's closed many years ago. Quick service even during lunch time.
MoreFood is great. I gave 4 stars because of cleanliness. Trash cans on both sides of counter overflowing into floors, prime attraction for insects etc. Kind of gross looking at that when ordering.Trash and stickiness on dining room floor.
MoreThe foods good but service is a little slow especially when you only have 30 minutes for lunch. I had 10 minutes left to eat my food before getting back on the road
MoreWe tryout the Double teriyaki Beef and the chilli fries and the ABC burger with avocado 🥑 it was good but not wow, the chilli 🌶 fries was not crunchy at all as expected but the short rips was the dry and burnt and not juicy at all
MoreGood, old fashioned hamburgers. Fresh tomatoes and crisp lettuce. Excellent teriyaki sauce. Everything was freshly made.
MoreHawaiian style burgers and rice dishes with a reasonable price, and the beverage selections are very healthy, too.
MoreGood stuff. Just order one of everything. 😉
Generous portion, great tasting, and at an awesome price.
Great service for busy teriyaki and burger restaurant. Eat in or carry out. Food is good either way. For dine-in, counter service only. Self-serve Coca-cola drinks. Busy parking lot too, but free parking. Trader Joe's and CVS at other end of parking lot make for crowded parking, but parking situation has improved since Starbucks and Subway closed and those retail spaces are sitting vacant.
MoreVery good just need to clean tables little more
Pretty busy during lunch, but moves quick
The spot is wonderful and broad, the meals was yummy and the rates were very reasonable. fast, productive service and very friendly staff members. Recommended.
MoreWith two locations in the SGV, locally known for their homemade teriyaki/honey sesame sauce, tsukemono cabbage and utterly delightful SHAVED ICE, perfect for the summertime! They have burgers, chili, curry, dumplings, egg rolls, katsu, Mahi Mahi, musubis, salads, sandwiches, skewers, ribs and so many other Japanese, appetizing dishes! They offer tofu and low-carb style options too!
MoreFirst time here and I was waiting in line deciding what to get and figured I'd try the curry fries. I guess if you can get past the fact that they look like something my dog ate and then vomited up... maybe close your eyes to eat them? And after witnessing the cashier interrogate the four L.A. Sheriff's in line ahead of me by asking them"why are you here?" I wasn't sure if they charged extra for the snarky questions, I was a little afraid I didn't bring enough cash with me!Than again maybe she ate the curry fries earlier.
MoreAlways had a great experience here ive been coming here since I was a teenager. Now my teenagers love it.Bomb
MoreGood place for a quick meal.
Great food, friendly and quick service. Food always good.
Great quality food. Bmans is consistent and has never let me down! My go to is the teri beef and curry bowl although I'd be happy with anything on the menu, seriously!
MoreI love this menu, it has a little something for everyone. Also the Macaroni salad is a hidden gem.
MoreGet the teriyaki chicken bowl in brown rice and tofu skewer. They are amazing combo.
MoreABC burger with grilled onions, small order of french fries and Katsu Chicken Curry
MoreBesides Spike's, which is no longer around my area, Bema ns is the perfect place to get a Teriyaki Burger or Bowl and is OUT OF SIGHT experience. Wow!!
MoreMy garlic shrimp dish was the bomb! Will be going back with friends.
It's okay but their teriyaki sauce is a little bit watery and salty
